- information voluntarily provided by users when contacting SoundBridge Radio by email.
3. Subscriptions and payments
SoundBridge Radio subscriptions are managed by Apple’s App Store. SoundBridge Radio does not receive full payment details such as credit card numbers. Subscription management, cancellation and billing are handled according to App Store rules.
4. Purposes of processing
Any data that may be processed is used only to operate the application, provide support, improve the service, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
5. Data retention
Data is kept only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above. Support emails may be retained for the time required to handle the request and then deleted when no longer needed.
